I've been away for some time..

Since school started back about 2 months ago and I've been really busy, I haven't had the time to post anything. I'm always either in class, sleep, studying or hangin' out with friends which leaves little to no time for my blog. But, I do need to try and get better at that. Below are a few pictures I have taken in my spare time & I haven't posted. I'll soon have a haul video on Forever 21 being that me and my girls go to the mall about every week now.

Rainy Day

Today was extremely rainy. So rainy that many cities in my area where flooded. The weather was really crazy today so I decided to wear something really comfortable. You can never go wrong with Disco Pants since they are so comfy and can be paired with almost anything! Then I just through on the denim button down for the chill relaxed look. I had to tweak and edited them a bit being that I took the pictures last minute.. at night.. with no good lighting..

D I Y | Cut Out White Tee

If you know me from Youtube then you should know that I absolutely love fashion. One day about a year ago I was browsing Refinery29.com checking out the latest things going on in the fashion world. While I was on the site, I came across a DIY project. If you don't already know, I love creating new looks from recycled fabrics or thifted goodies to spice up my wardrobe. After seeing the DIY I just had to give it a try but the thing is I never bought the plain white tee to do so. So here I am now, a year later, finally being able to have my hand at it. I filmed the complete process so you guys could also give it a try!

I'm new to this..

I definitely do not know how I should start this whole post off.. being that this is my first post on my first blog. I guess I'll start by introducing myself. Well, I'm Kadijah Poston. You may know me from Youtube being that I have a beauty channel that is focused around fashion and hair. I'm just a 19 year old southern gal from North Carolina who has dreams of being in New York or California to pursue my future career in fashion design. Really I'll be satisfied with any career in the fashion industry as long as its fashion oriented-- I'm down. I've come to realize that things in life that I want to happen are not just gonna be handed to be or easily obtained. I have to put in the work and chase my dreams especially if the fashion industry is what I want to be in. An being that there's sooooooo many people trying to be apart of it I have to step up, step out and SHOW OUT. So i decided why not create a blog. It's another way to build my brand up and help me become known to the world. I can not wait to start posting fashion pictures, fashion styling, beauty related material and even hair related subjects.
